Junior Mentor Program
The Junior Mentor Program is an exciting opportunity for students aged 14-17 who have progressed beyond the Novice level and demonstrated leadership potential. Through hands-on training and guided mentorship, Junior Mentors gain real-world experience by assisting Novice players under the supervision of instructors and senior mentors.

But this role is more than just teaching the game—it’s about inspiring younger players, building confidence, and creating a fun, supportive environment on the court. As they help others develop their skills, Junior Mentors refine their own abilities, grow as leaders, and form meaningful connections with coaches and mentors who can support their future goals.

Being a Junior Mentor isn’t just about pickleball—it’s about stepping up as a role model, making a positive impact, and shaping the next generation of players.
